I came to this store for my first pandora purchase. I worked with Peggy who was amazing. I was very indecisive for it being my first bracelet. She worked with me even when I had to come back after I thought it over. She was very patient and kind while helping me choose something a little budget friendly but also something I would love to start me with my first pandora bracelet. Went to the Oak Brook store after the holiday chaos so I was assisted immediately. Ended up purchasing more than I planned.

I came into the store to show that my pearl charm, pearl came off. The saleslafy said that the charm was discontinued and exchanged it for a new one. I also purchased a charm that I saw and liked. My bracelet was cleaned with charms positioned nice and it looks beautiful.

Within just a short time of five minutes, my name was called and I was promptly greeted by a sales associate. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products I inquired about, beyond patient throughout the process, and very complimentary of my selection. The experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the Oak Brook Mall Pandora location to anyone in need of a reminder that quality and service can be found in one place!

The merchandise is beautiful. The sales associate was knowable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I can't wait to go back and visit again. I'm very much looking forward to go back again.

The store is very inviting! I was immediately greeted and waiting felt like nothing because water and snacks were provided. The employees were very social and showed a lot of interest in terms of making sure I left satisfied.
