Gia was very knowledgable about the products. She was very personable, and took the time with my daughters and I to try on and find what we wanted. She made the Pandora experience fun and we had a great time with her.

The sales person/ Asst. Manager was able to help me with a tricky purchase. She was friendly and asked about the person I was gifting which showed that she was interested in me. Lastly, I love the Oak Brook store as service is always outstanding! It is sometimes super busy with wait times which is why I tried order online/pick up on store.
