Store was extremely busy but associates were working their best to assist everyone in a timely manner . Associate was able to find the charm I had found online by me just describing it . She was super friendly and rung me out so I didn’t have to wait in line

My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service skills were wonderful. I went to the store Christmas Eve and the line flowed smoothly. The wait was not as long as I thought it would be.
