Pandora Jewelry

I had never been to Pandora before and was very impressed in how they operate. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me a selection to choose from and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

While it is the Christmas season and my visit was during my lunch hour my wait time was not too bad. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time visit to the Oak Brook store. Very Satisfied.

Despite the holiday rush, my wait was very short. The associate showed me exactly what i was looking for and answered my questions regarding a few charms that are now retired. The cashier was also very pleasant.

The associate was very knowledgeable & gave me so many options until it was hard for me to choose a gift for my mom. Also I wish you all would sell the Xmas collection jewelry travel case separate. I love the case but was not in the market for a bracelet, but would have bought two of those cases.

I was looking to get a ring that I had bought there a few years ago fixed because it had broken and the sales associate was so king and just gave me a brand new one. She was also super helpful in answering questions about other pieces we were interested in. Great Customer service!

I went with one goal and it was to get a promise ring but I got 2 just made my day even better. Did not have my size but they did Order it so that did make me very happy. Got great help made me get an idea for my next purchase.

The store had a wait list which was very well organized. I was assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate who found the ring and charms I needed for gifts. Lovely experience.

The staff were really helpful. The lady who helped us did a really good job at helping us pick out the perfect gift for Christmas! The store was well organized, as well.
