I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because when I first came in the store I was greeted by friendly, warm, and welcoming sales associates. I was offered a bottle water and they took my name so that I can be assisted by another sales associates. The sales associates who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products. She helped me pick out a perfect gift for my wife because I was shopping for her birthday.

It was nice to visit the store when it wasn't too busy. The associates that helped my mom and I were extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.

The store offers a wide selection of merchandise. It also has it displayed in a glamorous way.

The sales associate and sales manager on duty were incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful. I had a wonderful customer experience.

Service was awesome

I called for a special item and the staff gave me all of the options available for me to acquire the item. The staff went out of their way to give me multiple options and made sure I was able to get the item I needed with my busy schedule.
