Soon as you walk through the door the employee greet you with a smile. They're very knowledgeable bout the products. My pockets was very pleased with the prices lol

Customer service was amazing. I came in with something in mind and I was shown products that I loved more. I came in clueless and they showed me products and recommendations.

It was an unplanned visit. My bracelet clasp had not worked for several months and haven't had chance to visit store to fix it. It often fell off my wrist. We happened to be at Oak Brook with my daughter (who purchased the bracelet and charms in Delaware in April). The staff/manager offered to replace it, and of course we accepted the opportunity. I only rated "Not Likely" to return to location or recommend to others because we live 100 miles + in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. A+++ to Pandora Oak Brook.

Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. My transaction was very smooth. Store was crowded but didn't feel congested.

The team member serving me was just not very friendly. She did not engage in much conversation with me and I felt like a chore. Additionally, when I chose not to buy 2 clips that would be add $100 more to my order she seemed annoyed (I already owned 2 clips for my bracelet). I also asked if I qualified for the free jewelry box (I knew I did) and she almost didn't give it to me, saying it was $135 when it was actually $115. I did appreciate that she was quick and very knowledgeable of the products and made sure I was satisfied with my products, I think I just caught her in a bad moment.
