Because I have a bracelet that needs to be replaced or repaired.

I purchase from pandora twice and those 2 times I bought rings. Both rings had a diamond fall off in the first use. I get sometimes things happen but when it's more than once it's very odd. They both were gifts as well so very disappointing with that, luckily I was able to switch out with a new one.

Aylssa was very helpful she made my experience smooth and easy. She explained everything more than once also she went over my receipt, double checked my items to made sure I had everything. When I go back I’ll ask for her
