I was not highly satisfied because I feel that some of the older pieces were better. The staff was great and actually educated me on the product that I had in my possession.

When I entered the store no one said hello Or I’ll be with you in just a moment I walked around the store 2 times before someone finally greeted me

Everything was fine for the most part. Store was packed through. The only thing that I would recommend is to have a bigger selection of bracelets inside the store, and also options for clearance items also. I also think some of the prices are a little high considering most of the pieces are only plated with fine metals. I got my step mother a nice bracelet for Christmas but the price was a little off putting. But because it was already so expensive I couldn't buy her any charms for it. One thing I absolutely love is when you run the promo for the free bracelets when u spend 100. That way you can go in and choose a few charms, and bam! Bracelet for free! You guys should run that often. With inflation being so high as it is right now, that's the best way to go, and definitely the best promo you all run. Hands down!

I do understand that it's the holiday season and associates get tired at some point. I walked in and was greeted. Walked around and the one associate that I interact with didn't say anything, I had to ask her to help me. After helping she never promoted sales or promotions. I found out about the promotions and sales the next day when I checked my email. The demeanor of the associate wasn't so happy but I don't fault her, maybe the day was draining plus I came in at the end of the day.

The sales who serviced me was not happy when I only purchased one pair of earning. A look of unhappiness on her face. I didn't feel good this time experience. I was rush purchased for a gift to my friend. I didn't have too much time to shop other products.

It seemed like the employees had a rough day with Black Friday weekend shopping but they were helpful and kind despite being tired!

the sales associate i had was good but she mightve been new. she had to ask other associates where things were and she wasn't as friendly as the others im used to there. im sure she was knew. it really wasn't a bad experience at all... just not as friendly as im used to

Not overly friendly sales person, a little above average. Another sales person brought me a bottle of water while I was deciding, she seemed very friendly:)
