Staff member was trying to rush us Instead of letting us see more products. She checked the time more than she engaged in a conversation with us. Was also a bit rude when it came to questions we had.

I opted in for buying an engraved charmed. I was not informed prior to choosing that charm that there would be an additional charge for doing so. I noticed the Additional charge once I looked over my receipt. As a courtesy to a client's budget that's something that should be disclosed before the client opts in for making that selection

Because when I got home the bracelet that I purchased seen to didn’t wanna let some of my charms go on so I’m be returning that bracelet n getting another one,

Often I have had to WAIT to enter the store to make a purchase which was unsetteling. This time no wait! Nice, pleasant, sales person.

I was satisfied just the selection wasn’t all there and the sales girl asked if I wanted a polish cloth as she was putting it in the bag and then got charged $5.00?!

They were welcoming and was quick to help with my needs. The assosociate was also able to provide other charms that could supplement my other bracelet and was willing to help me decide what charms were best for me.
