The store was very clean and the store associates were very nice to me. One of the associates named Felix C did help me pick the best charms that I was looking for and I want to thank him for doing it. He was very respectful and honest. I would love to come back to the store in the future to buy more charms for my bracelet.

Pandora truly has something for everyone. I shopped for my mom’s birthday gift and pick charms that were memorable. It was tempting to shop for myself as well.

Our wait was long, but Jasmine at Oakbrook was worth the wait once we made it to the front of the line. She was patient with my young kids picking Mother’s Day charms.

I visited two Pandora stores today. One store did not have the promotion of spend $150 and you will receive a bracelet. So, I went to a second store and they did have the promotion going on. I’m not sure which store sent this survey. All stores need to have the promotion simultaneously and for the same length of time.

The sales associate Solymar was excellent. It was my first visit and I was having a hard time deciding. However, I assume a manager Giselle came by. Asking if we needed help. Not sure why, As Solymar was doing great. Giselle was rude, unfriendly and led to an uncomfortable experience for me. Honestly had the associate not been so amazing I would not have purchased anything.
