I’m special reason

I was amazed of how fast they were calling customers names while standing in line,I literally thought it was going to be a long wait & literally only waited 10 minutes in line & they had enough staff working & making the process go faster& great customer service,I love the pandora store at the Oakbrook Mall. I’m a frequent shopper there at that location .

One particular item was not available in store have to order it online which is fine.

Raquel was great and found everything we needed

Service was okay. Nothing wow!

I came there on a budget… representative wasn’t very open to that persay

Associate did not mention the survey at the end of the purchase.

As I was leaving the store- after my puchase- I saw a sign that said " buy 3 items & get 15% off. Had the sales person told me about that promotion, I would have purchased a third charm.

My sales personnel Alyssa seemed very knowledgeable of the product and for it to have been my first time in a Pandora store, she was able to help me secure items to my liking.

I did not feel that wow factor while shopping. I would like the clerk to be more engaged.
