Services was great I wouldnt say highly satisfied I asked for jewelry cleaner and cleaning cloth, I thought they charged me for it. Once I left the store I check my bag it wasn’t there

The sales lady was very nice and listened to what we were asking ,and was very knowledgeable about where to find items.

Everything it’s ok I believe I give a good feedback and I the experience was excited I’m happy and I would be back soon. The price a little to much but everything was great

The sale associate was fine with her timing. Another associate came to her while I was checking out. I out my money in her hand and she laid my change on the counter. I felt that was kind of rude

I have been to this location multiple times and each time I leave there I feel a little disappointed. I get what I want but the staff is very pushy and they want you to buy everything. Then when you turn their ideas down they get very rude and for someone who is getting commission off of my sale, I don't like the tones they take with customers. This has been the second time I felt like staff was rude and I will probably not be returning back to this location because I feel like they want you to spend millions of dollars just to make the sales person happy.

Not really able to browse or look around freely. I’m sure it’s due to Covid.

Only that what I had in mind to purchase wasn't available and what the sale rep showed me didn't appeal to me.

The worker at the store was very helpful and sweet.

The stores tend to be small and do not allow for more people in the store so that makes for a slower process. Overall one the pandemic subsides, the service will be quicker
