I was overall satisfied with service, have made plenty of purchases from this store. I felt that the salesrep was not so trusting of my sister and I, every time I wanted to see an item she took the tray of items that I was purchasing from my presence as if she thought that I would take it when her back was turned.

When I arrived there was a line I understand with the pandemic there will be lines. The wait for to enter the store was extremely long. They had workers coming in late making it hard for the store to move in a timely manner

My daughter was given an e-card gift and was unaware that there was another email she needed. It was so confusing and with the heat in the store it became frustrating. Didn’t use the e-card and not even sure it’ll work online?

sadly the store that my friend & i went to, didn’t have a variety of small rings we were interested in. overall we were still satisfied with our purchase & the workers were so sweet to us
