The sales Associate was helpful. She helped get a charm sent off for repair. Plus she was patient and helped me make the best purchase.

I stood in line for 45 minutes, which was not bad. They were bringing customers into the store that had a return or exchange, which was making people standing in line very upset. If customers are returning or exchanging items it should be a line for them and for those that are purchasing. You should have two teams set-up for these types of transactions during this unprecedent time.

I came to the store prepared with the items I wanted to purchase. The rep had a hard time locating the items in your book for pricing. Also this location asked us to fill out a paper with our name, email, and address to hand to the associate. The associate asked me to type my email on the scanner machine and I refused because you had me fill out a paper and I just handed her the paper. The check out process was a little frustrating.

The item i picked out was located in the wrong space and when the price was rung up it was over $100 more then what it was listed for. Had to settle for getting something else.
