There was a 10 minute wait to get assistance. After that, the service was excellent.

Bought early for Christmas because of pandemic and was told cannot return or exhange after 30 days way before Christmas. VERY DISSAPOINTING when I am a frequent customer and trying to avoid the Christmas rush. Probably will not buy again before Christmas!

I brought in my charm bracelet which was chemical damaged. The associate cleaned the bracelet but it wasn't completely cleaned the way I would have wanted it.

I just did not feel like second sales associate was interested in my total satisfaction .

I was not able to purchase one item because it was not in stock. I had to phone in an order to another store to get the piece I wanted. Because of this I was not able to get two free bracelets because I shopped at a different store and had a separate transaction which would not be combined

Our associate was helpful and pleasant but I was not able to use my coupon nor receive the free collectible jewelry case with my purchase.

I wish the sales associate would have shown more options! But overall she was nice and I like the charms she picked out for my bracelet. I would definitely go back.

I did not receive my free gift. I made a purchase over $175.00 and my understanding was that I was to receive a gift with purchase.
