I purchased an item and tried to get it fixed or exchanged and the sale associate wouldn't listen. I hadn't brought it back because of the stores closed due to COVID-19. I thought people are able to exchange it pass the year of purchase because of this virus disappointed.

I love the charms, but I believe that are too expensive. If they were less, I would buy more.

Because of the pandemic i had to stand in line outside and it was very hot plus I have bad ankles and feet so it was rough to endure

I had a coupon for signing up for the Pandora Club. My intentions was to buy the necklace and earrings. Was told I couldn't use the coupon because they needed a bar code to scan. Apparently it was for online ONLY, had I known I couldve order offline and didnt have to waste my lunchbreak trying to rush to the store.

I think pandora should have more coupons. With everything going on it would be nice to save a little and make our love ones happy with amazing gifts!
