Need more sales associates. Also, the store is always busy and you are crammed in there. Does not make for a great shopping experience

Overall need more coordination outside store. Need to put more signs that are clear for line to wait! Remind customers of social distancing

Because the store didn’t have Some of what I came in For and I had to wait outside for an hour to get inside. I tried calling the store several times before my visit but no one answered

It was not the associates fault, however when requesting a ribbon on my items boxes, and an envelope for the receipts, it was shared that Pandora ‘doesn’t’ do that, only at Christmas. As I walked out, my eye caught another associate placing the protector bags in another customers wrapped bag - I returned to the counter to request the same, because I noticed that they were not offered to me. I was a little disappointed that I needed to request the standard that I have come to know and love from Pandora. It has been a go to fir a quality quick gift, I am hoping that this was a fluke. Thank You.

So the store offers curbside pick up as well as you placing an item on hold, but if you place an item on hold to purchase there is no accommodations for you. You still have to stand in line outside the store until there is available space. I should’ve just opted for curbside.

Nothing personally against the Store or the location. During this time with the Covid 19 and the measure that one must take, it's an inconvenience and makes shopping not as exciting. Thank you for assisting in the well fare of others.
