Item originally purchased was not available for exchange at the store could only be ordered.

The store was low on inventory. Would have spent more money if you had items from the website and the ads. Hand sanitizer appeared to be watered down.

Wasn't able to get the same price in the store as the online price

Always friendly store is clean very helpful when you're tryin to decide what to purchase thoughtful and pays attention to your needs

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience.

The bangle I was looking for was sold out.

I was satisfied with the experience because of the sales associate. She was knowledgeable and anticipated my needs. She was very accommodating without being pushy.

I was waiting to be attended for about 30 minutes, when another person just walked in, directly to the desk, and instead of putting her in the waiting list she just stand there and the lady attend her.

The sales associate I had must have been training because it took her quite a few minutes to completely finish checking me out. It took her forever to find the ring I was buying in the book so I was standing there for a long time. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of finding the ring I wanted in the store, as well as being offered water while browsing.

The store was busy, as always. The sales associate wasn’t rude by any means but I felt rushed and she made it such a business transaction. Other times at pandora I feel like they care about my Purchase. This was no different than going to target and checking out.
