I went into the store to purchase the limited addition jewelry box, I was disappointed to find out it was not part of the special event sale, even though I didn't see that it was an exclusion.

The sales associate rudely skipped me and another person and didn’t apologize. None of the associates apologized or seemed like they cared

Due to the holiday, the store was very busy which made the process longer than it normally would take. There wasn't much room for those of us waiting and we had to keep moving around the counter to stay in if the way. Erika was fantastic though....she smiled and was polite and helpful

Personally my visit went well. I feel in cases there is room for improvement. I enjoyed my visit.

I was told that I could use a promotional discount with my purchase but just before I paid I was told that since I was buying items that were on sale, the offer couldn’t be applied. Had I known this since the beginning , I would have been ok before I tried to get items just to add up to the amount to get the discount.
