Sometimes it is a long wait at most store. Another thing that makes me not want to go to Pandora is the fact that they wont let you return an item at any store. I overall like the products and will keep adding charms to my current bracelet.

While shopping for last chance merchandise, the sale associates were not able to locate items. There was no centralization for sale items. Also the associate had to enter each item in order to determine if they were on sale or last chance items, which took longer to shop. The associate Ms. Jada was very pleasant and patient.

You should not require customers to stay in the store if there's a 2 hour wait time. It's over crowded and uncomfortable if a person chooses to leave during that wait time and misses their name being called that's on them. Additionally you should ask what a person is looking for when they enter. I witnessed a lady wait almost an hour for the sales person to meet with her for 10 seconds to say she couldn't help her. So this customer essentially wasted time and was upset because she could've been informed this before waiting. That's unacceptable.

Too many items out of stock that were eligible for the discount. Waited an hour for an associate.

Given it was right before Christmas, although it's to be expected, the wait was incredibly long.
