Even though it was really busy they were very organized. Complementary water was given for the long wait. Check out was easy and fast.

There were only 3 associates working at this store. It was 3 days before Christmas and the store had many customers waiting. I waited over 30 minutes to purchase a gift card. The sales associates were very patient and friendly.

I went there to purchase a gift card, therefore, had no feedback on merchandise, sales staff, etc., I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, eventhough the store was packed.

I know it's Christmastime, but I had to wait at least 1/2 hour before being taken care of. I knew exactly what I wanted and am sorry you didn't have a clerk available for customers like me. The system was fine - give your name at the door and wait to be called. The associates were very nice. Most of the customers didn't know what they wanted and I'm sure that is why it took sooooo long!!! Once my name was called, I was out in a flash!!

I was highly satisfied with Pandora experience. Everything went good. Employees were nice and friendly.

The wait for an associate was almost 45 minutes on a Friday morning at 11:00 am. Was crazy !

I know it’s that season, but I had to wait almost 40 minutes before I was seen... Needed to get back to the Airport and the process just took a little longer then I anticipated.. Plenty of employees to assist, just the process takes longer when folks don’t know what they want.. I already did...

The return policy

well its no serious problem , it was really just the long two hour wait time but it was black friday

Our sales associate was nice but a little short with us when we were trying decide what we wanted. Also, inventory seemed low for the holiday season.
