The store was very busy. There were at least ten people ahead of me. All the while the store had one clerk checking in customers and one standing by the door highlighting a stack of order forms. Why? She could have helped customers or at the very least not be highlighting a stack of forms in front of the waiting customers. It seemed unnecessary to be highlighting a form with so many waiting. If the forms HAD to be highlighted than she should have done so in the back not in front of a store full of customers.

They didn’t have the charm I was looking for and I had to take the display on a set of earrings I wanted.
