I felt like I was being “hounded” and it seemed as though the associate was pressuring to get the pandora card. I did end up getting the card just so that she’d stop asking me why I didn’t want one. Other than that issue my experience in the store was well.

I really did not like to wait that long. It was almost an hour wait. I understand it was a sale day but more help should have been available. Also I need to return today to exchange the "L" charm. No matter which way I place it on my bracelet it looks like a J if the diamond side shows...one of those things. But overall not a bad experience.

I purchased two gold 14 kt charms 750451 less then a year ago and both charms turned silver all round the top of the charms. I shared that I wasn't satisfied with discoloration of the charms. The sales rep & manager offered to clean the charms. The silver discoloration was still there after the cleaning. The sales rep shared that I could contact consumer affairs. I told the sales rep to get the manager because I was still dissatisfied. The manager offered me an exchange. This should have been in the very beginning considering the items were still under warranty. And, there's no way 14 kt yellow should turn silver, nevertheless, I was satisfied with the outcome.
