There was a 20 minute wait to see an associate. While we were offered water, there was no place to sit. We were leaning on the wall.

I felt that I was pressured to make a purchase quickly. I would like to not be pressure by salesperson, & get just as good of service. I felt if I didn’t purchase fast, I wasn’t as welcome to look at merchandise.

I like the store because when I first came the sale person was very very friendly. but no as friendly this last visit

The experience was great and I was satisfied with the sales associate and the store. I just wish the items were stored in a more clean and appropriate safe space where they wont get scratched being all piled together in a small box. They should be individually stored. For example the earrings and charms should not be all together in a small box. I hope its taken into consideration.

I went in searching for a COUSIN charm, which to my surprise you have none. You don't carry them or make them. I also have large fingers and you do not carry a size 10 or 11 in rings nor do you carry the stretchy rings.

I was able to go the store the day before mother's day and purchase my mother something without having to wait an extremely long time for service.

My irritation was minor but customers are asked to sign in which I did. A young man came in several minutes after me. He was not asked to sign in and a sales rep went right to him and didn’t even look at the sign in list. Fortunately there was another rep that finished with a customer and the helped me.
