Wait was too long. No seating area in the store. Need more staff during weeks leading up to holidays.

I went to this specific retailer as I have frequented there before. I was expecting to find the nurses charm that was advertised on the emails that I got from other stores. It was not available at this location and it was to late to drive an hour to another that did have it. Had I known I would of gone there. As this offer of 25% off was only one day I would not get the discount at my next visit. It should been made clear it was not available at all locations.

I return a item and can not understand why I couldn’t take my purchase credit and buy another charm with the promotion of spending a $125.00 did not like that.

I LOVE your store, merchandise and service, however the clerk taking care of me this week at your Oakbrook store barely looked at me and did not smile, which both actions left me a little dissatisfied with the visit. Very rare to happen - I was surprised.

Some of the merchandise was not available & when spending over $700.00 it would of been nice to get a discount of some sorts.

I purchased a charm on another visit and I noticed the charm turning I brought this to the sales clerk attention and she recommended an cleaning in which I already had this charm cleaned. when you purchase an pandora and at the price you pay I don't expect to have this problem I asked if I can return this charm that you can clearly see has turned and I was denied. I'm truly not happy with this charm and will like the opportunity to exchange it.
