There is usually a wait for assistance and the area of where the store is located in the mall is quite far from the parking locations.

My problem is I bought a bracelet for my daughter { this is the 3rd bracket I bought from pandora} and my mom just got a $7,000 credit card from you guys so I bought it @ Ridgeland mall in Chicago but had to exchange it @ the Mag mile store.So I went back to Ridgeland mall to buy charms n had my receipt cuz I did the survey but it wouldn't go through n I explain to the saleslady what I did but it did not go through so I had to pay the full price of $148.00.and also the sales lady do not inform us that you can't keep doing the survey on your phone you have to use multiple phones.

Went on a Saturday at 3 pm and only two people working the counters - with two at the door and one at a register in the back.

I was highly satisfied with the majority of the Pandora experience. I would just like the prices to be a little less, but the quality of the product is great.

The associate was not very helpful at all. She didn’t smile at all. The manager did step in and she made the expierence so much better. The manAger pretty much did the associates job
