The check out process was a bit of a problem. I'm not one to shop often therefore I expect things to run smoothly especially during the holiday season. There were numerous books which did not have the products I was ordering to be scanned. Also once we found a book with the number in it it was written incorrectly.

I was asked to sign in because there was a wait. as I'm waiting one associate begin helping someone that came in after me. when my associate come over and asked me was I being helped because I was still standing there and I told her no and I did sign in she looked and apologized that my name had already been scratched off and she was sorry. a better system needs to be put In place then pen and paper because there is always a wait so no one else is overlooked

Special ordered instead of having me run to other stores to find item

When we walk in not employed welcome to us, we walk around for a few minutes until Peggy came to us real nice and offer help thanks to her we are happy I appreciate her help thank you.

The ring I purchased is too big. I need to return it and look for something else in a different size. I was also looking for a charm necklace that I was sad to learn does not come longer than 50cm.

I waited at least an hour to order, but it was worth it. The associate I worked with was the kindest, and funniest person I have worked with. I got my rings and the price was pretty good.

There were not variety selection of rings. I wanted one specific type of ring and not a lot of selection of simple rings there. Also price range was not fit for me. I would buy it for special occasions only.

Everything was fine.
