While the purchasing process has been streamlined, the "waiting to be waited on" process could be more efficient. Perhaps assigning numbers like a deli instead of writing your name on a list? What happened to us on this visit was that a couple came in after us. Apparently they knew someone who worked at the store and they were called before us. It's a long enough wait without people "cutting the line". Overall, though, our salesperson was wonderful and I appreciate that they can now take payment directly instead of having to stand in yet another line to pay.

I understand that certain products are discontinued or not available. I wrote down a list of approx. 12 charms from a catalog that I downloaded onto my phone the night before and 75% of the charms I was interested in were not available at the store. That was disappointing to me and out of the control of the salesperson so I do not blame her for my disappointment. Several of the charms were available so I bought them and am happy with that purchase.

There was nothing outstanding about the experience. There was a little confusion with the sign-in sheet. There were people coming in and not being informed by staff to sign-in.

It was crowded and wait time was over an hour.

Silver tarnish in long run. Expensive charms.
