I purchased a Chicago charm with color detail for $60 in Chicago. I went to Pandora to buy the Atlanta charm for my friend but it cost $80 when I questioned the price I was told it was because of the color detail on the charm but State charms are $60 or less. I felt cheated and that the charm was over priced but I still bought the charm as a gift for my friend in Chicago.

I had my bracelet cleaned on this visit, but noticed later that same day that it was quickly tarnishing and turning a dirty color. I will now have to return to have it cleaned again and because of this I'm not happy.

I brought my bracelet in to get cleaned and they didn't do a good job with it all. I don't think they removed the charms to clean throughly.

Pandoras things are excellent in quality, but some are very high in its price. I wanted the gold bracelet and told me is no longer available!!

i informed the sales rep I wa a looking for either necklaces or earrings to gift to my mom. I mentioned I had seen a cute on towards the front. She took me back to the “new merchandise” that was $500+ totally ignoring I had said I saw something I liked in the front of the store. I reminded her that I liked something in the front. She rolled her eyes and walked me to the jewelry box and just took out the necklaces i was referring to. She didn’t say a word she just took out the tray. I was trying to ask her for opinions but did not say a word. After I chose the item she walked me to check out but with a terrible attitude. I worked in sales before so I understand she was trying to get more commission but I don’t think it was necessary for her to act the way she did after I told her I wanted to look at an item in the front. I did not want to spend so much and she should’ve understood with a friendly attitude. I’ve never had a bad experience at Pandora until this last visit. What a shame.

The workers at pandora aren’t friendly & have poor customer service skills.
