Frist of all its posted on line 10% off of frist responded discount and all the promotions its not granted becouse this store is not a pandora store.

There were a few people in the store but there were also a few associates available. It took quite some time to be seen, in which I was a bit discouraged from continuing to shop.

The associate seemed unhappy and just wanted to get me out. No personality. Didn’t care for her attitude. No personal interest although they were not busy during my visit.

There were 3 associates available and I had to wait to get taken care of. Also, the associates were not friendly. I had a few questions and they assumed I knew the answers.

I’m a regular with the store, however it was a little different this visit. Yes it was busy I was with a group of people and instead of assisting us with multiple associates it was just one. Then finally one came in BUT I felt rushed. And not really up to beat like I usually am when I shop and being helped. So when an associate made it to me she was bluh! On top of that I was trying to use my $10 coupon from previous purchase it wasn’t going through. This overall experience was VERY VERY VERY different then my normal visit!!!

The associate that assisted me with my order was very standoffish towards me and almost gave me the vibe that I was bothering her. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was picking up my mothers birthday gift I more than likely would have walked out of the store and just accepted a refund. I do not appreciate having to spend my money where I am not respected as a customer.

Felt rushed and pressured to choose/purchase. Had to request a box and bag for my purchase. Not an enjoyable visit overall.
