Walked in the store and was immediately directed to a sales associate. Felt extremely rushed. Would not allow me time to browse or look at any of the displays. No tolerance for the customer to focus attention away from her to another display or section of the counter. Went in with one specific ring in mind but honestly would have probably bought more if I had a chance to just browse. Was unaware of many new charms.

I was shown some charms, and I picked this particular charm that was ticked $45.00 alone with other charms I was purchasing but when she checked me out it came up $75.00 , I said that's the wrong price and the sales associate said oh its in the wrong place, now that's not my fault, because you showed me this charm and quoted me the price as well as I seen it. So I'm really disappointed,

Lack of Disney charms, not many last chance items. It was my birthday and i wish to had gotten a small discount. It's disappointing to know its only offered to credit card members.

La lady no me mostró toda la caja de charms. De pulseras sólo la que me gustó en el phone y no tuve más opciones de escoger. No me mostró lo que había en el mostrador,el problema fue el idioma inglés.

The employee was not friendly at all. She seemed irritated and almost like she didn’t want to be there.

The sales associate was not friendly at all and did not offer me the bracelet I was looking for. Instead, she offered me the least expensive option without knowing I was not looking for the least expensive.

The sales associate Vasia employee no. 170052 was very obtrusive. While I only spent $125 at this visit it was RUDELY OBVIOUS she was trying to push me to purchase more items and more expensive items. My past visits to this store have been very pleasant but I will remember to avoid Vasia in the future.
