I have a bracelet that have had maybe a couple of years and I've been getting it clean but has not worn it maybe a couple of months went to take it out the cloth to wear and notice it needed clean for what ever reason I took it in and to be clean and you all are not cleaning at this time so I bought the cleaning solution and it's not working also I was told by the associate to clean it with dish detergent once I have cleaned it with the solution I followed the instructions and not sure as what's going on but it's not cleaning don't know what to do needing some assistance Thanks

I originally went into the store to have my bracelet cleaned. I don’t wear my bracelet a lot due to not being able to wear jewelry to work, so to my surprise taking it out the bag to wear in February to a special event it was totally tarnished! I was upset specially since the stores have been closed due to COVID-19. The sales lady advised that they was not cleaning jewelry at this time. She proceeds to try to sale me the cleaning kit. I declined as part of the reason I buy pandora, Tiffany, or any of my other higher priced jewelry is because of the free cleaning service offered by the retainer. I understand not wanting to clean jewelry and put people at risk but I’m more upset about is the fact my jewelry tarnished and I hardly wear it. Now I’m stuck another how many months not being able to wear my bracelet?

When I called to place the order and and get delivery options I was unsatisfied with the availability of the merchandise 2nd she took my credit card information said she need to verify before placing an order and that she would call me back Then I get a receipt and my email regarding the purchase without my authorization I call back and was told that they couldn't stop the order the day could only give me a free delivery on the next order so I was very unhappy When I called I was just asking about it not to purchase it

Your stores are very small, you have to sign your name and sometimes wait almost an hr to be helped.

I did not buy anything at the store yesterday. I have not been to the Chicago land area for several months and I have never been in the Oak Brook store. The sales associate set the receipt to the wrong person and therefore the survey was sent to the wrong person. If you were properly staffed your sales people wouldn't be so rushed and make mistakes like this. Stop looking at the bottom line and pay attention to what is best for the consumer. Start treating your people with dignity and respect and not like pieces of meat. Yes, I am familiar with Pandora and how your are burning your employees out with unrealistic goals, it's no wonder the turn over is so high. The Pandora that is owned by the company, by us, is terrible. The one that is owned by another company is wonderful. Pandora -- you need to take lessons from your franchise owners as they treat their people with dignity and respect and care about them and it shows at the counter level.

I spent over $300 during your promotion sale and was not informed until after my sale was completed that the free earrings were not available anymore. I only wished they had told me this prior to my purchases. I would have only purchased what I really needed at the time. I spend close to $2,000/year at Pandora and this is frustrating when this comes up, especially when my purchase was not the last day of the sale and it know there’s a clause to the effect while supplies last, but this store said they only got 80 pairs. As popular as Pandora is especially for a holiday like Valentines Day, this quantity seems unacceptable. So disappointed that the heart earrings were not available with my purchase.
