Lots of customers shopping, someone was taking names for the waiting list. I saw that my name was next on the list, but the sales associated called someone else. When I spoke up she questioned me about whether I had left the store, implying that I was not there when my name was called. I did leave the store for 15 minutes and when I returned there were still at least 5 names ahead of mine, so I stayed and waited. The person managing the list scratched off names as people were called, including those that chose to leave. A sales associate picked up the list and called the name below the last scratched off name, disregarding the two names above that were not scratched off. I assured her that my name had not been called, yet she continued to assist the other customer. I brought this to the attention of the person managing the list when she returned, and she told the sales associate I should have been next. No apology from the sales associate whatsoever! Very rude, in my opinion.

The sale clerk wasn't knowledgeable about prices, was rude, kept asking do I want one item or both as if I couldn't afford to purchase merchandise.

The last time I went to Pandora, my sales associate was awesome. I felt that this time, I was bothering the associate. She did not recommend anything, made no suggestions and had to look up every item I asked about. She showed me the items, but put back the tray before I can really finish looking at everything. I felt rushed in making a decision, and chose something that I am not 100% satisfied with. I like the Pandora products, but next time I shop there, will definitely find a different associate.

Bracelet I was looking for (XL) was not in stock, I asked when store shipment would be coming, I was told in 2 days. Pandora's are not on every other main street like Walgreen's. Most times when you come into the store, It's intentional, You are coming to Pandora's to shop. Merchandise availability is a must! store manager should maintain adequate stock always!

Bought a expensive charm necklace and later found I should have been told about clips to keep my necklace from sliding off the chain or just moving from side to side now have to go back and purchase clips most inconvenient

The associates were very difficult. They did not abide by the online pandora return policy. Instead they gave me a very difficult time, and quite frankly I do not want to return to this location.

The price is the only reason for my dissatisfaction. The charm I wanted was $80, so I downgraded and got a similar charm for almost half the price. It was, however, not what I wanted.
