I wasn't at Pandora, which only means that my husband was. So now I know what I am apparently getting for Christmas. Thank you.

I have been to the other location in Orland Square mall and I like the service at Orland Square mall. That is my favorite store to shop at. The associates are more friendly and helpful.

I was looking for charms for Christmas and the associated seemed in a rush. She also didn’t seem knowledgeable on the products.

I waited for close to an hour for a clerk. Great that you had a waiting list. Ridiculous you did not plan and have enough clerks.

The assistant was not as pleasant as you would think one would be at a jewelry store. The woman welcoming at the doer was great but the woman helping at the counter was unfriendly and seemed to be bothered.

I was interested in the sale items and nobody was able to help me while I waited. I had to just stand there and wait for a sales person to be available. Then they seemed annoyed or bothered because you want to look at the items. Feeling rushed to decided what items I wanted to buy.

The store was overcrowded and very limited space to browse. And sales clerks are focused on a customer and not any is looking out for new customers. And you have a greeter who just stands there and asks "what brings you in today?" duhhhhh, it's a store of specific merchandise, she can be helping customers and not asks dumb question
