Person attending me was of course being a sales person and offering me different things although appeared upset when I did not want the item. Later at check out she offers me the cleaner and as I said no she says “it’s only 5 dollars” harshly. Making it seem as if I had no money. Keep in mind I am a college student.

I was very excited to go in and purchase some rings; however, the store associate took away all the fun of the experience. I felt dismissed and uncomfortable due to her non-friendly and non-enthusiastic attitude. Literally walked out saying “that was no fun”. Honestly, one of the worst purchasing experiences in a higher end store.

I was not satisfied with the check out process. My cousin and I were making 2 separate purchases and Laila took it upon herself to add our purchases together. When I asked her if she could keep our purchases separate she responded with " I don't see what the bug deal is". I didn't reply back, because if I did things probably would've been worse. Then she shoved my recipient in my hand . I understand it was 3 of us asking questions and if she was overwhelmed then she should've asked for support from her colleagues. The other staff members were very friendly. Consistently offering water and stepping in for recommendations.

I had a pickup so was send to the back to pick up, but since I was also purchasing more items my name was also put in the list. When my name was called I shouted I was here, the sales looked at me rolled her eyes and yelled”last called for Angelica” I started to talk for her as I said “I’m here”, then she processed to take the next person. I told the lady at the back that I was called and skipped so she told me that she was going to go to the front and have them put me back one the list. So I had to wait to get called again. The original lady that called my name just keeled looking at me while the new rep was helping me. I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t white that the lady didn’t want to help me, and keep rolling her eyes at me, regardless I purchased my items and left. Will be the last time I go to that location.

Happy Holidays? I spent $600 on 3 charms, 4 clips, and 1 bracelet. Due to the promotion of buy a charm get a bracelet we received one free bracelet but in the wrong size. the sales associate sd to come back on the 20th to exchange the free bracelet for the right size. today my mother went back to the store to exchange and ask about another free bracelet. The sales associate and manager allowed her to exchange her bracelet for the right size but denied her the other free bracelet saying that the promotion was over and was while the supplies last. My mother asked to keep the bigger bracelet since it was provided during the promotion and was currently available but was denied. Please make this make sense. Pandora doesn't honor their promotions? Friendliness of the store and associate fell extremely short. I felt rush and definitely not wanted. Their was no employee-customer connection and I will never go back. This is the second time.
