The employee who helped me wasn’t friendly. I tried to find picture from online to show her the charm that I would like purchased. However I find a similar picture but it was from Amazon but not Pandora website. Her attitude wasn’t friendly and I don’t appreciate it. I was telling her I couldn’t find the actual picture from your website so I pulled up a similar picture and described in words. She has no smile and rushing to completed the transaction for me. I was asking her any special for birthday because it was my birthday yesterday. All in all I don’t feel friendly at all. Please work on that. Thank you!

Deceiving promotion, it was something like spend $150 and get the bracelet around $79 or spend $300 and get the bracelet around $200 The problem was that you have to open charge card to use that but that info was displayed in small letters. I spent a lot of money all over the world shopping at Pandora but i don't know if I will continue because I don't like to be decided.

The salesman was rude, not helpful and then left me unattended and didn’t come back to help me. I stood in the store, which there was only one other customer and the other sales associates just ignored me. Finally, after asking if the guy who was helping was coming back did someone else try to help me. It was very uncomfortable for me and I felt like they didn’t want me there.

Well first of all when I came into the store nobody greet me and they were a few crew members that was standing there. Second if I don't ask for help nobody came and ask me anything. They were just rude and not polite . And finally I noticed when another customer enter the immediately someone came and asked if she needed help, I am wondering if was been treated like that for my skin color.?

I felt rushed by the associate. After leaving, I realized that my bracelet was missing one of the rings that keep the charms from sliding.

My purchase was over $200 and when I asked about the free bracelet that I was qualified to receive I was told they had none. Didn’t even try to work out an alternative.

I went in to exchange a couple of bracelets that were to small for my wrist, at the Oak Brook Store(never worn) the young lady helping me may have been new but usually they offer to clean Pandora jewelry if you have it with you (no offer) then after the exchange, I purchased 3 new charms she put them in the box( I brought with me into the store)but didn't give me a bag, I had to ask for one. I don't know if more training is needed but this was a first for me. And I spend$$ very well because I love Pandora..

I purchased a clip last year that broke and caused me to lose 2 charms and the other half of the clip. I returned it to the store in which it was bought just to be told they couldn't replace the clip because the other piece was missing. I could I return it if it was lost? I wasn't asking to reimbursed for the charms that were lost just the clip. This is frustrating. Though I bought other charms during the visit; I've decided to return them ..
