I had one of my bracelets cleaned and it’s still tarnished. I spent to much money on that bracelet and now it’s ruined.

I was very excited to visit the Oakbrook location as I’d never been there. I was shocked at how big and pretty the store is. I was happy and amazed. The associate was quick to assist me. When I asked her how was her day, she ignored me. So I asked a second time to be sure and she ignored me again. As she began to assist me she was agitated. At one point she pushed a tray so far forward(tipping off the edge of the counter)close to me it hit me in my stomach. My husband was shocked. She was quick with responses and dry and really just didn’t want to be bothered. No one else was waiting in line. The flow in the store was smooth but I could tell she was rushing me out. I was disappointed because I wanted to look around and I was in a shopping mood. I made a purchase but will be returning it as I feel disrespected as a regular customer of Pandora. I also feel as if this is a trend with the new associates. At the Potomac Mills location in Virginia they are generally slow and rude. My home location is Briarwood and it really depends on the day what the service is like. I’m confused by this behavior. I used to LOVE the Staff in most locations as they were knowledgeable and helpful.

There was a promotion for getting a free bangle with a purchase of 150 and the sales associate never gave me the bangle and rushed me out the store very rude

1. Ring sizes are limited. I wanted four rings and all four did not come in size 10. 2. I walked in with a budget and the sales associate was extremely pushy with trying to get me to spend more. I was able to stick somewhat close to what I wanted to spend but Unfortunately for me, not the store or sales person, I ended up spending $25 more than I wanted due to the pressure I received.

I inquired about a military discount. Initially I was told I could use then I received a call stating I could not due to promotion or need to apply for credit card

I picked out a charm and had it set up put on my bracelet when it was time to check out the bracelet rang up for $115 even though it was priced at $35..she did not let me get the charm for that price and I feel like she should had because that was an err on their end and she should of fixed it but still have it to me for that price. I really was excited about that charm and disappointed she did not accommodate me

The sales rep was VERY rude and unfriendly. She made it seem like my business was not worth her time. I would not put someone like that in a store that caters to women.

Sales representative first told me I could exchange one merchandise item, then at payment she told me the exchange could not happen. Very disappointed. Never had a bad experience before

The store was very crowded. You could not easily get to or see the merchandise. Left out without getting what I came for. The temperature in the store was very hot. Seems like no air was on
