I have always had a good experience when shopping at any of the Pandora stores even when out of town. This particular shopping experience was completely disappointing. The representative not only had a negative attitude but she was of no help suggesting any other options. I was made very uncomfortable with her looks and felt very rushed when she asked so is that it and rolled her eyes when I asked if I could see some bracelets to go with the charm. I asked if she had any suggestions and she replied I don't know.

They will it take back an exchange. Had issues coming out to return or exchange due to pandemic and they will not accept my new merchandise.they stated to go back where it was purchase. The original store is way to far for me and can't go back to that store plus it was a gift. I already own those pieces and wanted to get additional pieces. I was not given the option. I spent good amount and regardless they wouldn't accept my merchandise.

The sales associate and checkout associate were not friendly. Specially the associate at checkout. The sales associate never made eye contact and wasn’t helpful at all when trying to find some gifts. The associate at checkout was rude and we asked if we could have a different bag for the different gifts, she just made faces... overall not a good experience. I visit Pandora a couple times every year and this one was the worst. I’ll go back to the other locations.

Sales person at oak brook store on April 30 was feeling well so it wasn't a satisfying 😕 visit I like exchanging merchandise but I have know choice

The promo bracelet was out of stock in my size. They made no alternative solution. They gave me a small bracelet that I can't wear.

Thought the sales associate was rather rude and seemed as if we were bothering her to look at items. Felt like she is working on commission and was upset we weren’t purchasing more items Was overall just rude

Compre una pulsera pero no me quedo y trate de cambiarla por otra pero la clienta que me atendió no mostró ningún interés y no fue nada amable y no resolví nada me tuve que quedar con la pulsera sin quedarme.

I came in to purchase earrings for my daughter. The sales associate asked me at least 5 times if and why I didn’t want to buy anything in addition to the earrings. She asked what the occasion was and I said it was for my daughter for an Easter present. She was badgering me to buy the matching ring. I said no to the ring and she was insisting I buy other matching things. I said no too many times and it made me upset.
