I turned in my bracelet to be cleaned. The sales rep told me they’d call me when it was completed. I waited over an hour and no one called. I had to go back to the store to retrieve my bracelet.

I needed my bracelets and charms cleaned. The cleaning process was supposed to take 1 hour. It was not a good cleaning process. Not satisfied at all.

Employees don't seem to know much about store products. Bad sales rep, they don't offer much information, especially for first time buyers, which is what I told the employee I was. Clips offered for bracelets don't work on all bracelets, some products look cheap considering the high prices.

I went to purchase a bracelet that I had lost because the clasp kept opening. I had gone to 2 different stores before exposing the clasp kept opening, but they just replaced the chain. The. Lado ending up opening again and now I really lost the bracelet and had to buy a whole new one. When I received a coupon but they said I could only use it online and they they did not have any more of the free charms when I spent over $200.

I was there to purchase some earrings. The sales associate took their time I assumed to make sure the earrings were in good condition. When I arrived home to see the earrings one of them was bent.

Store was way to crowded so purchase my charm thru curbside pickup and followed the sales persons instructions to text when I got to the curbside pickup waited for 20 min. with no response so I called the store and received my purchase 15 mins. later. You need to fine tune the curbside pick up

Overall the sales associates appeared not interested in being there. I felt like I was at the post office. The gentleman I worked with seemed like he was really put out Showing items. it was a big turn off.

The store did not have the items that I wanted to purchase. As a matter of fact, The store had very limited merchandise to choose from.

There was a 30 minute wait. Sales person I felt was not very personable, cold attitude, very short in attitude. Asked her to put charm on bracelet she did so but put it back on backwards and lastly I didn't feel the charm was true representation if picture, much smaller but I kept it and had my husband to open and put bracelet on correctly because I'm unable to do it myself. I felt like Salesperson need a better attitude working with public and given another choice I would pass for someone more pleasant. I've used store before never got her. Before I bought a charm was told it c was a birthstone color but was incorrect tried to exchange was told I couldn't return it.👎
