I had gone into Pandora to get a clip for my bracelet so that my charms would not fall off every time I remove my bracelet. I just started my pandora bracelet 2 months ago so I only have 3 charms currently. The girl that was helping me brought out clip options and kept recommending I get 2 clips. She put the 2 clips on my bracelet when I made the decision that I just wanted to get 1 for the time being and asked if she could move it to thin part of the bracelet. Well as it turns out she removed both clips and did not put them back on- which I did not notice until later on that evening. I also went to go check my email for my receipt and did not have that (later to find out my email wasn't even in my account). I called right away and the manager got back to me the next day- informing me to come back to the store to pick up my clip. Which was fine- but this was a complete and total mistake and inconvenience to me and nothing was done to make it right like a coupon or discount nothing like that so that was disappointing to me and left a sour taste in my mouth about this location which stinks because i just started my bracelet.

A return from Xmas... receipt expired that day 1 26 19! I wanted 2 exchange only...I actually add a few other charms...so Dissatisfied with THE SERVICE I STILL SPENT $$$. Sales associates just UN INTERESTED HUDDLE IN A GROUP JUST WRONG!

Had to check in to be able to see a sales person. Was told wait was 45 minutes and we had to stay in store for the whole 45 minutes as the hostess was going to check in about 20 minutes if we were still waiting. If we were not there we would lose our spot in line. Same if we were not there when sales person was available. No possibility to call my cell. Seriously? I did it because my niece wanted something very specific but will not shop there again.

The store associates were allowing customers to cut the line. I waited 1.5 hours to be assisted. I had to say something about the other customer being allowed to be assisted before 12 other customers. The store associate didn’t have a problem with this, even allowed it. The manager had to correct the associate. There was almost a riot.

I wanted to purchase dog charm for a gift The sales associate was nor pleased thar I wanted something that wasn't costly. In fact, she said "well, these aren't very costly". No velvet tray for showing. Just the glass counter. At first she showed me 2 and said that was all. I had seen the one I wanted on line. Took up time when she could have been making larger commission.

I was sent an ad from this store for a promotion that was for 5 days. I went to the store and was told the promotion ran out after 2 days. The sales associate was rude to us and I felt like I was a bother to him. He keep repeating himself as if we did not understand him. We keep asking to see certain items and it took him several minutes to bring the item back. I was disappointed that an ad item was not available and it was not communicated to the customer. This was the first time I was not given a replacement item or a percent off.

Not a good flow. Associates very slow. waiting time was 1Hour and 35 min. No chairs for customers, bad experience

The sales person did not let me look at the variety of charms didn’t not recommend anything..so I had to know what I wanted..she just stood there looking like I was getting on her nerves...I will go back into the store,but she will not be my sales person again (Pericilla)

I visited 2 locations in the past week - this is in reference to the one in Oak Brook Illinois. I had an issue with a charm not clipping properly and was basically told it is what it is and that they couldn't do anything about it. This store was extremely busy and the sales associate was just trying to push sales and get through each person as quickly as possible. For the price of the merchandise, this was not at all what I expect with a sales experience. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and a waste of time. I felt pushed into making a purchase to rectify my original issue and I will definitely be making a return.
