The staff are not customer service bound! They are very unfriendly and looks like they were bothered to be there! They are not helpful at all and I felt very rush with my choices and are not willing to suggest anything at all!!

It was my daughter's very first Pandora purchase and was excited to buy a ring. Unfortunately our associate could care less about assiting us and we seemed like a bother to her. She barely said a word to us and we had to ask a lot of questions to learn anything about the brand or the ring we were buying. There was a moment I wanted to walk away and redo the experience with someone who cared. It RUINED the experience I had hoped for. I am glad my daughter likes the ring but I rather like other brands in the future so we don't have to go through this experience again.

I was not satisfied with the purchase I made on Saturday and therefore returned the merchandise on Sunday.

i have been going to this store for so long and i have never had a problem. this time was different the girl that was helping me looked like she was new so i had no problem with that the problem was the person who i believe was the manager on that day. when the girl that was helping me had questions the girl helping her had a bad attitude about everything. that was very uncomfortable. i took my jewelry to get cleaned and it was out in a few minutes because it was such a bad job. if they are hiring and that is how they train people in front of customers i would hate to apply for a job there.

Associates were condescending and just RUDE. It was a very uncomfortable visit. Crazy that employees have the audacity to act some type of way like they're the ones paying for my merch. Won't visit the store again, but I'm satisfied with how cute I look with my rings!

I spent $854.00 in the store they could have giving me something even if there wasnt a promotion going on most of the charms that i wanted they didnt have they need to stock up on inventory this is the store in oakbrook mall

The sales person was very unfriendly, she never looked at me while asking questions. It was very busy and I could not hear her and she seemed annoyed that I had to ask her again what she was asking me. Felt very uncomfortable and probably will not go back there again.

I was in the store for over an hour just to buy something I already knew I wanted. Need to get some kind of iPad/kiosk for those that know what they’re buying before they walk in.

Knowing that a large sale was taking place, I feel that Pandora locations should be prepared for the mass of people that will show up. To only have two registers available made the wait time even longer. Then the person behind the register had to look through the books to find the prices and then scan and then wrap items up and put in bag(s). Suggestion: a person should maybe be in the back office and scan the items into a program that would go directly to the register and place under customer's name and have person place in bag. Then the employee at the register just has to call customer's name and then just take payment. Just a suggestion. It seemed like some employees were just standing around and not doing much. I think that this would help with the wait time and how crowded the store gets. With so many people waiting in store it just gets an overwhelming feeling and doesn't make the shopping experience so enjoyable.
