No one was there to greet me when I entered. Then I had to find the list to fill my name on. Then their were like three people there an they were all very slow at the job. Very slow.

Seller was not professional nor paying much attention of my needs. She did not dedicate her time like she should have, very disappointed with her not being professional not helping me when questions were asked.

I purchased a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She wound up not liking it. We were then out of town and by the time we got back to return it the store manager said we couldn’t, even for store credit. I will never shop at Pandora again. I feel completely scammed.

I was lied to about my order. My security/ credit card was compromised. Thes sales rep lied to me and had me wasting hours and days to complete my order. I will never shop Pandora.

I purchased a Bracelet and 2 Charms for my daughter's Birthday,, The Bracelet broke, I reached out to Customer Service or Customer Compliance, I was told to send in the Bracelet not to remove anything. I then followed up to see if it was received they said yes, then had to speak to a Supervisor to ask what happens to the charms that were still on the Bracelet she allegedly said that she would replace the 2 Charms and get them out to me within 7 days...Did not receive them called back and spoke someone else and was told the Charms were never sent out the order wasn't completed because the Supervisor or whom I spoke with did not follow up with the claim! I have been a customer since 2018, but to be treated like this and no one is consistent or each person tells you something different. I am still waiting!!!!! No Charms! Nothing! I am very dissatisfied with this whole ordeal!!!!! And I will most likely not continue to be a customer at this point!!!!!

I recently got the Love at first bite bangle and it was clearly defective according to the sales associate. The bracelet opened and I lost a Minnie mouse charm on christmas day. Well I tried reaching out to customer service who said that it was out of stock thus if I don't want a refund I can then keep the defective item because he cannot exchange it. I found it online so ordered it myself and explained in person to the sales associate at Oakbrook who was more helpful than customer service.

While the store employees were polite, I am very upset that my online order was not available because they never received it and were unable to pull it up. I needed the items yesterday and thought I could expedite the process by ordering online from home and picking up in the store. This actually cost me time. Now if the order ever comes in, since I have not yet got an email saying its ready, I'll have to go back to return it. Most employees were great but only one told me it takes over 4 hours, and here it's nearly 24 and I still have not gotten any notice that its ready. So actually I am upset with your online ordering/pick up in the store. The store employees were very nice. Also I tried calling customer service, and your contact thru text options and neither were successful. The text/online chat offered no assistance, and I was on hold to talk to a representative for over 15 minutes before I hung up. That is TERRIBLE customer service.

I told the sales associate my budget and I asked her to pick out trays with charms in my budget. She said that they don’t have them out and then she went on to pick out trays that were not in my budget. Probably picked out 5 trays at which I said no. Frustrated I asked to look at the charm book, she then went and whispered something to another sales associate.I asked her that while I was looking through the book if she could clean my bracelet to which she said no, that because they had a sale going on they wouldn’t clean it. When checking out they had a problem with their system and this sales associate left, terrible attitude, so much eye rolling. I was later approached by another associate which was much nicer.
