Poor customer service, and I’ve never experienced this type of service at this location.. Today locations had been one of the best locations to visit, because of their customer service… Not sure if these 2 women, wanted to be at work today..

My bracelet clasp broke, I’m a Senior and haven’t been out to bring it back to the store. The sales person couldn’t fine the bracelet in the system but she find the charming the system. I had to by a new one. Please help me.

I have never been to a Pandora before until my recent visit. I bought a nice tennis bracelet as a gift & that was all i was going in for but the lady helping me tried her best to upsale me & i ended up getting 2 charms. Not realizing until i gave the person the gift that this tennis bracelet has no way of it opening & adding charms. I am very upset at the fact that this lady had me buy more than what i needed & in order to use these charms i would need to buy a different bracelet that opens to insert these charms.

The sales person was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with the items I was specifically looking for and she also suggested additional items that I ended up purchasing.

Jasmine B at the Oakbrook location was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She rushed everything and did not explain anything.

The sell person who assist me with my purchase had an additude and not friendly at all...matter a fact she was not in formative @ all about my purchase.....I won't be back to this pandora put not surprised its not thd first time this happens.

I was immediately greeted when I came into the store. I was looking for a gift for a family member but while I was looking I changed my mind on buying her something and instead bought myself something. I don't know if the sales associate was mad that I changed my mind and only bought one item but her attitude after that was not nice. She became very short and aggressive with me.

I was looking for charms I had two and needed a 3rd to complete my purchase to get the free Fanny pack. I picked out a rose gold leaf charm and placed it on my bracelet. When it was time to check out the charm rang up as $115 but it was marked priced $35 in the display tray. The associate who said she was the store manager rudely went back and forth with me and wouldn’t honor that price and I explained to her that was poor customer service and that she should honor that price one time because it wasn’t my fault it was marked incorrectly and she didn’t. All she told me was that she could give me 25% off which came to eighty something dollars which was still way over $35! I was nit happy at all

I had a custom charm made for my Luther in laws fathers passing. The woman that made the charm did not ask me what side I wanted the fathers name engraving on. I clearly stated which side I wanted the engraving on, but was not done properly. I was forced to purchase a whole new charm to get it done correctly because there’s no return or exchanges on pendants that are custom made yet the mistake was not on my end. Very disgusted with the unprofessional experience I was given yesterday morning.
