The sales associate was unhelpful, was not paying attention to me instead he kept looking around the store. When trying to make a decision he was persistent to go with his pick instead of helping us pick something that would look good on my friend and I. Then when we went back the next day to exchange one of the rings I purchased because it was too big, the new sales associate was rude when I asked for a different size and corrected me as if I should know how Pandora sizes their rings. She also thoroughly looked at the ring as if I had lied and wore it for weeks. She made me feel like I was trying to trick her.

Returned items paid cash assistant completed transaction & then the manager stated this is someone that want there money back we don’t have the cash can you come back Saturday. Went to another location was treated very rudely by that Mgr. as well located @ Hip mall in norridge il. Could not return be assisted because store #99 did not void transaction. Then got a call from store #99 that I can come back to the store they had enough funds to do my return so I drove from Oakbrook I’ll #99 to Norridge Illinois and back to Oakbrook I’ll. I will never shop with Pandora again & the Managers at both locations were unprofessional & rude & security was called on me @ the Oakbrook I’ll store #99. So embarrassing & not caused for. I’m over this store

I have a charm that's a duplicate of one that I already own and tried to exchange it and was told it looks used. It has never been worn or taken out of the box. You all know that your merchandise turns colors. I also had a bracelet that I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas wanted it cleaned because it has turned colors and she has never worn it because it's too big.

I went to this Pandora because it is the closest to my home. They told my only option was for them to break my bracelet and I had to pay for the repair because my bracelet was no longer being sold because of customer complaints!

I came to pick up an item that I purchased online. It was too small, and the associate sold me one that fit. I told the associate that it was my first time buying a Pandora bracelet and wanted some charms for it. She proceeded to sell me charms and kept suggesting other kinds of charms for me to buy. All this would have been fine if the bracelet I purchased was made for charms. Not once did she suggest that I should get a bracelet that was appropriate for charms. She boxed it all up nicely and sent me home with a bracelet and charms that I would not be able to put on the bracelet. She was so interested in selling me charms that she neglected to actually help me make a purchase that I would be satisfied with or even made sense. So disappointed. I will be taking this back as soon as I can.

The person who attended us, Karina S. had the nastiest attitude. Honestly if you don’t like the job you have, I’d recommend her getting a new one to help with her bitterness. She had taken out a tray out of charms that were on sale & while we were looking at the tray I was trying to flip it to look more closely at the ones that were farther up & while I was trying to move it closer, she held on it with a disgusting face & didn’t even apologize or give an explanation of her disgusting actions. Then when she was cashing us out, she didn’t inform us about the guarantee within our purchase. Based on her actions, she made me feel like an animal and as if we were to steal something from the store. Based on her actions, they felt like racism because of our appearance or the color of our skin.

First of all we were waiting outside for about 30 minutes and we were in the very beginning of the line. I did not have an issue with waiting because I know we are in a pandemic but it was snowing and it seemed like the workers were moving really slow. When we finally got inside the store we had to wait 10 more minutes. Then we got the next available sale associate and she was extremely rude. She had an attitude and was slamming stuff down and her overall demeanor was horrible. The customer service I received was unacceptable.

The First sales associate who attended me was rude and unpleasant, she acted like she was annoyed she kept rushing me. When i told her I was thinking she walked away with out saying a word, and left me standing for 10 minutes with out no one else to take care of me, really disappointed because it look like she was a manger or someone with better trained, after a while a second sales person came very polite but, that doesn't change the fact of my first experience im a current costumer of this location im a sales person and no matter how bad your day is going we have to make our costumers happy ,something im pretty sure I won't come back Times are difficult and I'm not interested in going to places where I'm not really Welcome

I work with a sales associate to find my charms and the lady boxed up my charms but added blue stones to my order instead of the lavender stones I purchased. Now I have to return to the store and the store is not local. This is a significant waste of my time. Iam really disappointed that someone would change my order after I made a purchase. It is really juvenile.
