Bracelet clasp so hard to put on. I returned it and paid cash to purchase but they will send me a check instead in the mail as a refund.

The associate wasn’t friendly at all. I felt like we were his problem customer. Never smiled kept saying I can’t do that. What a jerk

The sales associate was awesome and knowledgeable. The store limited its customers so I felt so safe. We all had mask on and plexiglass between the sales associate and myself which made me feel safe.

the associate had no name to represent a store employee, when your in a car its hard to recognize a sales person. the parking lot had no signage for Pandora pickup. I didn't received my receipt as they said it would be email. very dissatisfied

The sales associates were rude and not welcoming especially when asked simple questions like where to sign in.
