I opened the box at home last night and it is NOT the item that I purchased!!! It is not the item on the receipt! I have called this morning and my call is going Straight to voicemail. I do not live near the Oakbrook store!!!! This was a Christmas gift!

My bracelet was damag and not new and I need to go back to store to change it There is no discount or any thing made me feel they are sorry for that The charm was dark and I need to buy cleaning clothes for that

Sadly, that was the worst experience I've ever had in Pandora store and I've been a customer for about 5 years. I am talking about Oak Brook, IL location; Rowanne, a salesperson. The girl was very unfriendly, I would say, even arrogant. I came to the store to return one of the 4 items I purchased a week ago for my best friend's birthday and to purchase another birthday gift for my friend at work. I had to repeat five times that I would like to have two transactions separately, while she was insisting that exchanging is easier and faster for her. Then another customer walked in the store holding a little puppy. All of a sudden, all three girls who were standing at the counter jumped to pet it while I was standing in front of them asking for some recommendations for a gift. Well, no suggestions, no ideas. Instead, Rowanne just gave me two trays to pick whatever I want. As a paying customer, I was very dissatisfied with such a service. I think you should train your staff better on how to sell, upsell and treat your customers. You lost my business.

I wasted over an hour of my time at this Pandora store to merely make a simple return. Upon my arrival, an associate told me I had to write my name on the wait list to make a return. I asked her twice seeing as though this sounded odd and her answer was yes both times. Fast forward one hour, I asked a different associate what the reasoning was for this and she told me that I did not have to be on the wait list to return my merchandise. When this was brought up to the manager's attention she stated that not all employees know the return policy. This to me was absolutely ludicrous! How can you have certain employees know the return policy of the store they work at? She also stated that an associate is needed when a return is being made; however, there was no sales associate that checked my jewelry upon my return. I wasted an hour and seven minutes waiting in line. When this was brought up to the manager's attention she did not apologize and rolled her eyes upon hearing me. It was honestly one of my worst shopping experiences ever. There needs to be better management and training of staff at this store. I truly hope someone can make this right because no one at this store even tried.

I purchased an item for $165.75 on 12/23 and returned at a different location and only received $161.25 in return because the taxes are different. So I lose out on $4.75. Completely unfair to the customer. On my bank account I have 2 pending debits on my account. One for $165.75 and a 2nd 161.25. That’s not fair that $327 is being held from my bank account. This is Christmas and I need my money. Someone from Pandora should call be immediately at 815-955-7479. KEVIN

The return policy is not clearly stated and is very misleading also store associates do not inform consumers that if a purchase is made that you have to return only to the store you originally purchased at. The store managers are unhelpful and consumer relations is a joke because the resolution that was offered was a store return at a place over two hours away from my home. The assistant Manager Kim at the Oak Brook location was very dismissive and uninterested about my complaints of the return policy and it being unclear and not disclosed during my purchase.

When I first walked into the store the lady at the front of the store said it would be about 20 to 25 minute wait. It ended up being an hour wait!!!!! It was labor day weekend sale which I would think w a sale that big they would have ample people scheduled to work. Not to mention there were 4 girls in the whole store. The one at the front door was useless she could have helped when she saw how crowded it was. Two other girls disappeared for at least a half hour. Very poor management as far as scheduling people to work especial on a sale weekend!!! The store was packed on a Monday afternoon at 1p.m.!!! Any Pandora store I have ever gone in has ALWAYS be understaffed! Looking to shop online from now on not worth my time & money standing around waiting for someone to help me get a charm!!! Plus they never have any charms in stock I want anyways. Not to mention there are always restrictions on what does and does NOT apply to the sale!!

Sales associate name Tricina didn’t care to help. She just stood there and looked at me as if I was a bother and looked stupid. I had to tell her what I was looking for, she never asked me what the occasion I was shopping for nor who it was for. I went to the pandora store 99 in oak brook, IL. I wanted to spend more on my moms gift but I was very dissatisfied with her customer service that I only spent money on one charm when I was planning to get my mom a little bit more BUT I just wanted to get out of there. She needs more people skills and not feel as if someone is a bother to her, she works with people and she should not be making people feel like that. My mom and I love love pandora BUT this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a pandora store!
