OUT OF STOCK on this Item, Sales Associate did not know about the small numbers next to the Item number confirming when and where this charm will become available and the wait on a Thursday night was not appreciated!!! I returned a Blue Pave' Charm and asked for the Blue Shimmering Droplets and she gave me the wrong charm, meaning I must now go back on my time to do another Return!!!

The person who helped me named Fatima in my purchase was very rude. Not once did she speak to me. She simply looked away and nodded when I asked her questions. I tried to engage in conversation but she did not proceed to even try. When I chose what I wanted, she simply took the item and brought it to me. No engagement whatsoever. Then at time of checking out she slammed the price catalog in front of me and seemed very annoyed. I can obviously tell she did not want to be there. I have been there previously and have never had a complaint until recently. She also gave her coworkers attitude while she helped me.

My receipt was given to another customer There was very little concern that this happened Felt I was being appeased when they kept saying " well nothing important is on that receipt"

The sales associate who helped me had a very bad attitude, she spoke very soft so when I asked if she had said what she said she rolled her eyes and repeated herself. I asked for a bigger size to see which fit better and she said that was the biggest when I had tried a bigger size at a different store so she rolled her eyes again and looked for the bigger size and did find it. The right I exchanged was 80.00 and the one I got was 75.00 she would not give me the difference instead she gave me a little cloth when I was told I didn’t need my receipt that all my purchases were in the system. She was just over all unpleasant.

Today I walked in the looking to buy a bracelet and I was greeted in a unfriendly way I felt very uncomfortable the way I was talked to by two of the sales associate. I don’t plan to visit this location again due to the way I was treated as a customer.

The woman helping me was not very friendly. Every time I would ask to see an item she would roll her eyes or tell me they didn't have it without checking. I have been to that location more than once and have never had such an uncomfortable experienced. I felt rush to pick my items and in the end not satisfied with what I got.

The sales people were rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be more focused on reciting point of purchase promotions rather than actually helping me find the right gift for my mom. They were not personable and did not communicate the process very well - i.e. putting down your name to meet with a sales associate, what you would be doing at the counter, where to go while waiting to pay. They did not even say thank you. I understand it is the holiday season and very busy but I am very frustrated with my experience. This is the type of customer service I would expect from a place that sells $20 dollar plastic bracelets, not expensive and iconic bracelets. I'm satisfied with the products I have from Pandora but will avoid this store at all costs.
