PEGGY WAS TERRIBLE. I waited 45 mins to be seen & picked out my charms and had them taken to the counter for purchase because i left my wallet in my car. I returned and was asked to sign back in for purchase. I asked why when i just left i’m only buying and she said i’m goin to ask the associate who helped what she did with your charms. she rudely walked away and begin to assist the next person on the list. her attitude and customer service was very unacceptable and i will NEVER return to this location because of her lack of help. very snotty & i didn’t appreciated being treated as such

i asked for a specific earring which the associate did show me. It was $80. I asked if this earring was part of the 35% off promotion and was told NO. But if I wanted the earrings and matching necklace gift set that was on sale for $149.00. I purchased the gift set and left. When I got home I happened to receive a Pandora promotional email. I opened it and checked the earrings that were $80 and guess what? They were on sale for $52.00. And guess what so was the matching necklace $80.00, now $52.00. So, basically I could buy both for $104.00 instead of the set for $149.00. I feel the associate did this on purpose. She didn't check when I asked and automatically upsold me when all i came in for was earrings. This is very dishonest and deceitful. i returned them the next day and they resold both individually for the sale price. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the mall to do this and wait in line again at this store. Not what I planned to do this day, but I needed to resolve this. This is unacceptable. i will definitely tell all my friends who frequent this store to not trust what they tell you or shop at another store all together. I am not happy!

Sales associate were terrible, worst customer service and I experienced this from several of the associates. Very dry , seemed irritated to help

Poor customer svc. Associate had very bad breath. Was not giving me ideas. The store did not have a good selection of rings.
