Me and my daughter came to store with no idea for our birthday present for my sister who is going trough divorce now. But your associate Gia recommended wonderful idea for us to engrave some encouragement words on a charm i didn’t even know u could do that!!! We end up buying 4 charms and a bracelet and Gia made my day and my Sister loved the gift we all cried. It was a hot day outside and she offered us a cold water what was super nice of her my 9 year old daughter thought that was so cool. We had a great shopping experience at this store. Gia thank you I will ask for you next time for sure !!!

I went in to simply purchase a graduation charm. Had an idea of what was available. Ended up more than satisfied with my purchase as I ended up buying a ring, bracelet AND a charm that more than satisfied my idea for a my gift. Sales associate was extremely helpful & helped complete the perfect gift.

I had placed an order online for store pick up, i thought it would be a quick in and out. Laila helped me. I did not expect to be offered to put the new charms on my bracelet. She patiently did it and noticed that my bracelet was loose for my wrist and offered options. It required her to remove and arrange the charms multiple times. She did it patiently and with all attention. She provided great customer service.

I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. Laila said she would be happy to help me. She showed me everything I asked for and showed me other pieces I might be interested in seeing.

When i went there was an amazing sale going on that i loved and got me to buy more things i wasn’t planning to. Associates were all very friendly and communicative. It was good service over all.

I looked online prior to my visit, and found a charm that I liked. I advised the associate what I wanted and she gladly found it, boxed and asked if I wanted to look at anything else. I said no and she checked me out. She also reminded me about keeping my jewelry in the provided bag to preserve longevity! Great and fast experience overall.

Laila took the time to explain engraving and she made the entire process seamless. In picking up my online order she made so easy. The engraving that she helped with encouraged me to select more for gifts for family and friends.
