As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and great service right off the bat. My sales associate, Ashlei was a great help. This was my first time in the store and I did not know what to get but she helped me fantastically. I am extremely pleased with the service and my purchase.

We were there to pick up a couple of charms and to confirm the release date on a new release. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We were quite impressed.

The salesperson was helpful and immediately addressed my issue. I was there returning a locket style charm that would not stay closed. She made a recommendation for a different style that better suited my needs.

Stepping foot in this store for the first time, it was very welcoming from the moment I walked in until the second I stepped out. I found exactly what I was looking for, but was stuck trying to decide between two items. But with the help of Ariana, we were able to figure it out. i really liked how the lady that attended us did. My family is hispanic and she gave me time to be able to translate to my mother. 10/10
